Best vegan sour cream

I don’t know about you, but a baked potato really can’t be eaten without sour cream. Tofutti brand has been on the vegan scene for ages, but their sour cream is still the best out there.

It makes a great chili topping, and a perfect substitute for the 1x per year that I make onion dip. Great texture, and the right bit of sour to really mimic the real thing.

This is not a health food product- and neither is the real thing. :) Use sparingly and occasionally.
