Yummy chimichurri

I know, ALL chimichurri recipes are vegan….so why am I reviewing this? Because this little bag is a quick way to spruce up your roasted vegetables on a night when you don’t have any time to chop or blend. I love drizzling it on nearly everything, including sautéed chickpeas, grilled bread, you name it!
