Incredible vegan feta!

Back in the day when I used to eat dairy, I loved crumbling feta cheese on my nightly salads. After trying to make Violife’s vegan feta taste like my beloved real feta through home brining…I gave up, figuring feta would not enter my life again until someone figures out how to make it using Perfect Day animal-free dairy.

Enter Violife’s new feta crumbles! This crumbled feta is the closest I have come to the real thing. It melts easily due to the coconut oil, so this is a cheese for a salad with cold ingredients. If you are one that likes warm ingredients in your salad (roasted veggies, toasted almonds, etc) this, is not the right cheese to sprinkle on top. This can be purchased at Whole Foods stores.
