Fish-Free Lox Cream Cheese

Miyoko Schinner has done it again with another fantastic product! We tried this fish-free lox spread on crackers with some fish-free caviar (see Caviart post) and it was delicious. Spread this on a bagel with some tomatoes and capers and enjoy a lazy Sunday morning reading the paper!
