Boursin dairy-free spread

Food giants across the country are picking up on the plant-based trend and turning old favorites into dairy-free versions. This Boursin garlic and herd cheese spread tastes very much like the dairy version, but with a stiffer consistency. Since I am normally not a consumer of Boursin cheese I doubt I will purchase this again, but it was really fun to try it on crackers for a little nostalgic throwback to my suburban childhood.
